Prayers for the Gulf of Mexico
Dear Friends,
Truly we have a wonderful opportunity to be a part of our Mother Earth's well being here and now and continuing until the state of wellness and wholeness is accomplished in the Gulf of Mexico. I am inviting you to join us as we open to our individual and sacred empowerment to be the stewards of blessedness of our beloved Gulf of Mexico and all the life that is touched by this sacred body of water.
In truth there is no place where God is not. It is a privilege to be in service at such a crucial juncture on our planet. We cannot underestimate the power of united prayer to assist in the creation of harmonic resonance that turns the tide of human consciousness.
We all know the power of focused prayer. We can channel our concern regarding the pollution of the Gulf into a positive force for good. We will be using the energies of love and appreciation, and a special prayer created by Dr. Masaru Emoto, to help clear the toxins from the water.
Dr. Emoto is the Japanese scientist who has done extensive research on how the energy of love and appreciation can change the molecular structure of water at the quantum level.
The Process: Stand near, or in the Gulf of Mexico -- if you are able. If not, imagine that you are standing there. Get centered in prayer. Direct your thoughts and energies to feelings of love and appreciation. When you are filled with loving thoughts, speak the following prayer based on the Ho'oponoopono prayer from the Hawaiian Island culture.
To whales, dolphins, manatees, pelicans, seagulls, and all aquatic bird species, fishes, shellfish, plankton, corals, algae, and all creatures in the Gulf of Mexico,
I apologize. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
If you are not near the Gulf, you can use any bowl or container from any body of water, or even tap water, and join us in prayer. It's all one, we are one, and the One will join us together in this great work from wherever we are!

 | My Relatives,
Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer. We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many Animal Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affected from the oil disaster in the Gulf.
The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill, which looks like the bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes that we cannot afford to continue to make. I ask, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer with the whole of our Global Communities. My concern is these serious issues will continue to worsen, as a domino effect that our Ancestors have warned us of in their Prophecies.
I know in my heart there are millions of people that feel our united prayers for the sake of our Grandmother Earth are long overdue. I believe we, as Spiritual people, must gather ourselves and focus our thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have been inflicted on the Earth. As we honor the Cycle of Life, let us call for Prayer circles globally to assist in healing Grandmother Earth (our Unc'I Maka).
We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That the winds stay calm to assist in the work. Pray for the people to be guided in repairing this mistake, and that we may also seek to live in harmony, as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on.
As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected and that what we create can have lasting effects on all life. So let us unite spiritually, All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer. Let us make a prayer for all life, for good decision-making by our Nations, for our children's future and wellbeing, and the generations to come.
